We hope that you will love everything from us, however if this is not the case, you may return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it’s in original, unused condition with tag attached and invoice enclosed. Please note that all Jewellery, Beauty and Underwear products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, this is indicated in the product description.
We also ask when trying on items of clothing, that you are not wearing perfume/deodorant/makeup or tanning substances which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Finally please ensure all shoeboxes are posted back in additional packaging as shoeboxes can be damaged on their way back to us. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We advise you use a Second Class Recorded/Tracked Delivery service, to insure you in the unlikely event of your item being lost in transit, you will then be able to use your receipt of postage to claim back the value of the parcel from Royal Mail. However should you choose not to use a Second Class Recorded/Tracked Delivery service and your parcel is lost we cannot be held responsible. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a full refund to the card from which the original order was made (excluding the original delivery charge). If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Should you have any issues with your return, please confirm with your courier that we have received your return, before contacting our customer service team at: shop@missatisfashion.com. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights do not apply.
Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only) Under the Distance Selling Regulations you the consumer have an unconditional right to cancel a contract inside the given timescale and receive a refund within 30 days. You do however, have a statutory duty throughout the cancellation period to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
